AapkaEngineer explains the engineering behind everyday life: the house you live in, the phone in your pocket, the car you drive, the sport you watch and the AI tools changing how we work. Every article is written in plain language, and every calculator shows its formula so you can check the answer yourself.
Who writes this site
AapkaEngineer is run by Dr. Deepak N. Paithankar, who holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and heads a civil engineering department at a polytechnic in Maharashtra, India. He has spent his career teaching engineering students and working on the practical side of construction. The site began in 2018 as a place to share notes with students and has grown into a resource for anyone curious about how things work.
How we create content
- Articles are original and written from engineering first principles and standard references.
- Calculators state their assumptions and formulas on the same page.
- Where rules, prices or subsidies can change, we say so and point to the official source.
- Mistakes are corrected as soon as they are reported.
